Group Rules
We believe that having clear group rules is essential for creating a positive and enriching environment at Mini Explorers. These guidelines help ensure that all participants have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience. Our group rules are designed to promote kindness, inclusivity, and active participation, allowing every child and parent to thrive within our programs.

Rules for Mini Explorers
Here are some of the most important rules we want kids and parents to follow in our Mini Explorers programs. These guidelines are designed to create a supportive and respectful community where everyone can learn, grow, and have fun.
Be Kind and Courteous
Treat everyone with respect. Kindness is key to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members of Mini Explorers.
Let Kids be Kids
Encourage children to explore, play, and learn in their own way. Support their creativity and independence within a safe and supervised environment.
RSVP on Time
Please RSVP promptly for all events and activities. This helps us plan accordingly and ensure that we have adequate resources for everyone attending.
No Hate Speech or Bullying
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment by refraining from any form of hate speech, bullying, or discrimination. Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Be an Active Member of the Group
Engage in activities, share ideas, and support fellow members. Active participation enriches the experience for everyone and strengthens our community.
Enforcement
To ensure that our group rules are respected and maintained, we have implemented a clear and fair enforcement process. When someone doesn't follow the rules, we take the following steps:
1. First Warning: A friendly reminder of the rule and a chance to correct the behavior.
2. Second Warning: A more formal discussion about the importance of following the rules and the impact of not doing so.
3. Third Warning: A final notice that continued non-compliance will result in removal from the group.
After three warnings, if the behavior persists, the individual will have to leave the group to ensure the safety and well-being of all other members.
